Terms and Conditions
Payment:
- 1. 50% deposit required with purchase order placement.
- 2. 25% deposit required upon pre-production approval.
- 3. Balance payment required prior to shipping.
- 4. 100% payment required in advance of fragrance development.
- 5. We use ACH transfer/wire transfer/credit card payment (4% processing fee).
Concentrate:
If Client provides concentrate, SDS sheets must be made available to EEL before we accept concentrate.
Components and Filling:
- 1. All component parts must be received and QA cleared before any product will be placed in the que for production.
- 2. Products with multiple component parts should be scheduled for delivery to EEL within a 2 week window. We do not provide long term storage and warehousing, except as contracted with Client.
- 3. Where Client has multiple SKU’S to be produced, EEL will use its best efforts to manufacture all SKU’S over consecutive days.
- 4. Upon product completion and assembly, Client must arrange for pickup and shipment of their product within 2 weeks. Storage fees will be incurred 15 days after completion of product if not picked up.
- 5. If Client substitutes or changes out any component parts within 48 hours of scheduled production. Client will forfeit that spot and be re-scheduled as soon as practicable based upon EEL’s production schedule.
Liability and Insurance:
- 1. Client assumes all liabilities and obligations of components, concentrate and finished product before EEL’s receipt of such product and after shipment of product from EEL facility.
- 2. Client must have products completed liability insurance.
